一、 辦學(xué)概況

One. General Information

上海市徐匯區(qū)教育學(xué)院附屬實(shí)驗(yàn)中學(xué)（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)徐教院附中），原名上海市徐匯區(qū)教師進(jìn)修學(xué)院附屬實(shí)驗(yàn)中學(xué)，2002年11月上海市人大常委會(huì)主任龔學(xué)平為學(xué)校題寫(xiě)了校名。徐教院附中是一所伴隨著21世紀(jì)的腳步一起走來(lái)的公辦初級(jí)中學(xué)，向世人展示著朝氣蓬勃、銳意進(jìn)取的精神風(fēng)貌。學(xué)校憑著先進(jìn)的辦學(xué)理念、扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)工作、高效的課堂教學(xué)、豐富的校本課程、多彩的文化活動(dòng)、高素質(zhì)的師資隊(duì)伍、現(xiàn)代化的教學(xué)設(shè)備、花園般的校園環(huán)境，自律自主自覺(jué)自如的附中學(xué)子和驕人的辦學(xué)業(yè)績(jī)，成為徐匯區(qū)公辦中學(xué)的窗口與品牌，在市內(nèi)外發(fā)揮著輻射示范作用。

Affiliated Experimental Middle School of Shanghai Xuhui Education College (hereinafter referred to as the Xuhui affiliated Middle School), formerly known as Affiliated Experimental Middle School of Shanghai Xuhui School of Teacher Education. In November 2002, Gong Xueping, director of the standing committee of the Shanghai municipal people's congress inscribed the name of the school. Xuhui Affiliated Middle School is a public junior high school coming along with the steps of the 21st century. It shows a vigorous and enterprising spirit. With advanced educational philosophy, solid foundation for work, high-efficiency classroom teaching, abundant school-based curriculum, various cultural activities, high-quality teachers, modern teaching equipment, garden-like campus environment, automatic, self-discipline and independent students and outstanding school performance, it has become the window and placard of the public schools in Xuhui District, and plays an exemplary role and displays a radiation effect both inside and outside Shanghai.

徐教院附中占地35畝，擁有設(shè)施完備的植物大氣創(chuàng)新實(shí)驗(yàn)室、大美術(shù)創(chuàng)意區(qū)、機(jī)器人實(shí)驗(yàn)室、信息圖書(shū)中心、心理健康中心、舞蹈房以及室內(nèi)手球館、羽毛球場(chǎng)和戶外足球、籃球場(chǎng)等教育設(shè)施?，F(xiàn)有25個(gè)教學(xué)班，1000余名學(xué)生，專(zhuān)職教師75人，區(qū)、局學(xué)科帶頭人與骨干教師占21.3%，高級(jí)教師占26.7%。學(xué)校每學(xué)期開(kāi)設(shè)數(shù)十門(mén)校本課程供學(xué)生自主選修，科技、藝術(shù)、體育、英語(yǔ)、讀書(shū)、心理、社團(tuán)等校園文化活動(dòng)和紅色文化尋訪、生涯探索、公益服務(wù)等社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)，讓每一位學(xué)生的個(gè)性特長(zhǎng)得到充分發(fā)展，思想道德素質(zhì)和綜合實(shí)踐能力得以有效提升，獲得“德、智、體、美、勞”的全面發(fā)展。

Covering an area of 35 mu, the Xuhui Affiliated Middle School has well-equipped facilities such as plant atmospheric innovation laboratory, large art creative area, robot laboratory, information library center, mental health center, dance room, indoor handball hall, badminton field, outdoor football field and basketball court. At present, there are 25 classes, more than 1000 students, 75 full-time teachers in our school. 21.3% of the teachers are district and bureau discipline leaders and backbone teachers, and 26.7% are senior teachers. Our school opens dozens of school-based courses for students to independent study every semester. Campus culture activities such as science and technology, art, sports, English, reading, psychology and societies and social practice activities such as the red culture visit, career exploration and public service fully develop each student's personality, enhance students’ ideological and moral qualities and their comprehensive practice ability, and provide students with all around development of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetics and labor education

學(xué)校先后被評(píng)為首批的上海市文明校園、上海市新優(yōu)質(zhì)學(xué)校、上海市教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展校暨見(jiàn)習(xí)教師規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)基地、上海市家庭教育示范校，還先后被評(píng)為上海市“五一”巾幗獎(jiǎng)（集體）、上海市安全文明校園、上海市行為規(guī)范示范校、上海市心理健康教育示范校、國(guó)際生態(tài)學(xué)校綠旗榮譽(yù)、上海市科技教育特色示范校、 上海市體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校、徐匯區(qū)藝術(shù)特色學(xué)校等。

Our school has been named as the first batch of Shanghai civilized campus, new high quality school in Shanghai, Shanghai teachers' professional development and trainee teachers standardization training base, Shanghai family education model school, also has been appraised as "May Day" meritorious award of Shanghai (group), Shanghai safe and civilized campus, norm of conduct model school of Shanghai, the Shanghai mental health education model school, the international ecological school honor, Shanghai science and technology education model school, Shanghai traditional sports program school, art school of Xuhui District, etc.
